Repeat Prescriptions

pharmacist_6Certain medications can some times be given on a repeat basis without having to see the Doctor. If your medication can be repeated, you will be provided with a counterfoil (a tear off strip at the right hand side of your prescription) with a list off your medication thereon.

When you need a repeat prescription, you must use this counterfoil and either bring it to the surgery, ring our prescription line on 01709 512433 or email us on www.Patient.co.uk/access  or post it enclosing a stamped address envelope for return. Please give 48 hours notice before collecting you prescription.

You will occasionally be asked to see the Doctor or Pharmacist in order that your treatment can be reviewed.  You will be notified when this is due on your counterfoil.
