All consultations are by appointment only. Patients may choose to see any Doctor within the Practice, not just the Doctor with whom they are registered. We do try to offer an appointment with the Doctor of your choice but this is not always possible.
Please our Appointment Times
If you believe you need urgent attention, please make this clear to the receptionist who will make every effort to ensure that you are seen as soon as possible by the Doctor available at the time.
Please be prepared to wait.
There are a few appointments daily available for pre booking for people who can only attend at certain times.
If making an appointment for a cervical smear or post natal please tell the receptionist and you will be given a longer appointment.
If, for any reason, you cannot keep your appointment please notify the surgery to enable someone else to utilise the appointment. A note is made on your records of appointments which are not kept when the surgery has not been notified. Persistent defaulters will be removed from the list.
Manage your appointments online, at home or work. You can view, book or cancel appointments. Visit www.Patient.co.uk/access or ask for details at reception.
If more than one member of the family needs to be seen, please book separate appointments.
On approximately alternate Wednesday afternoons we are closed for staff and Doctor training. If you ring the surgery you will be advised the number to ring for assistance
