Repeat Prescriptions

pharmacist_6Certain medications can some times be given on a repeat basis without having to see the Doctor. If your medication can be repeated, you will be provided with a counterfoil (a tear off strip at the right hand side of your prescription) with a list off your medication thereon.

When you need a repeat prescription, you can either bring your counterfoil to the surgery, email us on www.Patient.co.uk/access, use the NHS app or post it enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.  For more information please

You will occasionally be asked to see the Doctor or Pharmacist in order that your treatment can be reviewed.  You will be notified when this is due on your counterfoil.
